Yoga Services

 

 

*All classes are 60 minutes in length unless you request additional time.

 

  • Private/Semi-Private (1-2 people)

 This type of training is catered to your personal needs and goals.  I will travel to your choice of location to create a practice for you to feel comfortable in your own space. *If you choose to include 1 additional person it can be a  great way to learn  new poses with a partner while making it fun.

 

 

  • Corporate 

This type of yoga is done at the work place environment to offer convenience and stress release for employees.  Yoga has been shown to improve the health and overall well-being of employees, increasing work productivity and reducing sick days.

 

  • Senior  

This type of yoga is designed to increase fitness levels of individuals 55+ in age. Poses and methods will allow seniors to increase muscle strength, endurance, flexibility, lung capacity, stamina and overall sense of well-being.

 

  • Prenatal

This yoga is designed for women during their pregnancy and focuses on a gentle safe flow of poses. Breathing techniques as well as pelvic exercises are incorporated to promote a more comfortable labor and delivery. 

 

  • Athletic 

This class is designed to meet the needs of the athlete.  The overall goal is to stretch and stengthen the musceles, which will reduce the risk of injures.  The intent is to improve performance, what ever your sport.  We will practice focusing on strength, endurance & form.
