Senior Yoga

 

This type of yoga is designed to increase fitness levels of individuals 55+ in age. Poses and methods will allow seniors to increase muscle strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, lung capacity, stamina, speeding up recovery period from injuries and overall sense of well-being.
