Hello fellow yogi's 
 
The month of June has sprung upon us and the heat is here. 
As many of us know the heat can create fatigue and 
exhaustion. 
We need to be kind to our bodies and adjust to these 
conditions. 
 
Of course always remember to hydrate as much as possible 
and to take time to relax. 
 
Depending on how we each handle the heat and humidity we 
need to be mindful during our practice to always listen to 
our bodies.
